GNI staff deliver patient care, stabilization, and transport, supporting on-duty paramedics with Advanced Life Support (ALS) when required. Employees are certified in Advanced Medical Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support. GNI adheres to US Department of Transportation (DOT) and EMT National Emergency Medical Services Education Curriculum Standards, ensuring professional, high-quality care. Patient documentation is completed within 24 hours to maintain accurate records.

Galactic Network Integrators (GNI) supported Craig Technologies in the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process following TRADOC Regulation 350-70 standards. GNI contributed to developing Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), reusable content objects, and comprehensive analysis products to enhance training effectiveness. Deliverables included courseware, animations, assessments, and training support materials. GNI staff managed tasks such as budget execution, resource allocation, document preparation, and conference support. The team successfully transitioned 125 incumbent employees within 10 days to ensure seamless operations. GNI’s expertise in program execution, policy control, and facilities management aligns closely with the current solicitation requirements.

GNI designed web templates using Adobe Photoshop and developed a dynamic website using PHP (CodeIgniter), HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS3. The site, consisting of over 100 pages, integrates with an MS SQL database and employs AJAX for real-time data display. GNI also created a PHP-based search engine for easy document retrieval and developed a detailed intranet database to track EMRTC’s network infrastructure, including IP addresses, assigned users, and device locations, ensuring efficient data management and accessibility.

Galactic Network Integrators (GNI) provided backfill support for AHLOS AIX Legacy server administrators as part of the Data Center Migration Program (DCMP). GNI ensured smooth system administration by addressing AIX/Unix, DCE/DFS, and server hardware issues. Key services included CHD incident processing, on-site user support, daily system checks, password resets for AIX, Lotus, and Active Directory, as well as system backups and profile management. GNI also monitored system performance, reviewed error reports, and maintained server health through proactive maintenance.
